Abordo is the official application of MASIVO DE OCCIDENTE S.A.S. to inform users about the routes for which the service is offered, the stops, the arrival times and location of the buses, according to a selected stop, taking advantage of GPS technologies in the vehicles and Google Maps in the application, to provide the most accurate information possible. We have a notification module, to keep the user informed of the news that are presented on the routes.List of functionalities:- Visualization of routes and stops on a map, with their respective route.- Visualization of information of general interest in offline mode, for example, route map, information about the company providing the service, etc.- Through the Google Maps service, the user will be able to view their location in real time and the closest stops according to the selected route in the application.- Users will be able to select a stop and will see the location of the next two buses to arrive, as well as the estimated time of arrival of each one of them.- When selecting a stop, you will see a reference description of the whereabouts.- When selecting any of the buses that are en route, the internal number by which the vehicle can be visually identified and the license plate number will be displayed.- Alerts can be programmed to notify the user when the bus is close to a selected stop.- Option to communicate directly either by phone or through the website, to the PQRS module of the Metro system.- Module for user notifications about the news that are presented on the routes in real time and that affect the operation in some way.- Users will be able to answer surveys published by the service provider, as well as qualify the service provided.
